DTC P0604:00 (PCM, SKYACTIV-G) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

System malfunction location	PCM RAM error
Detection condition	PCM internal RAM malfunction.
Fail-safe	Restricts the upper limit of the engine speed. Fixes the throttle valve opening angle.
Possible cause	PCM connector or terminals malfunction PCM malfunction PCM internal RAM malfunction
