Yes | Repair or replace the malfunctioning location, then add genuine motor oil. (See ENGINE OIL REPLACEMENT (VIN L) .) Perform the "ENGINE OIL DATA RESET" and perform the repair completion verification. (See ENGINE OIL DATA RESET (VIN L) .) |

| 4 | INSPECT ENGINE OIL LEVEL

| No | Add genuine motor oil. (See ENGINE OIL REPLACEMENT (VIN L)

| 7 | INSPECT ENGINE OIL PRESSURE SENSOR FOR MALFUNCTION

Yes | Replace the oil pump and perform the repair completion verification. (See OIL PUMP REMOVAL/INSTALLATION (VIN L) .) |

| Repair completion verification 1 | VERIFY THAT VEHICLE IS REPAIRED

Yes | Refer to the controller area network (CAN) malfunction diagnosis flow to inspect for a CAN communication error. (See CONTROLLER AREA NETWORK (CAN) MALFUNCTION DIAGNOSIS FLOW (US) .) If the CAN communication is normal, perform the diagnosis from Step 1.
