DTC P0481:00 (PCM, SKYACTIV-G) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

| Detection condition |
- The cooling fan relay No. 2 control voltage at the PCM terminal 2AS is low or cooling fan relay No. 2 control current is high for a continuous 5 s relative to the PCM control signal.

- Cooling fan relay No. 2 malfunction
- PCM connector or terminals malfunction
- F10 15 A fuse malfunction
- Short to ground in cooling fan relay No. 2 power supply circuit
- Open circuit in cooling fan relay No. 2 power supply circuit
- Short to ground in cooling fan relay No. 2 control circuit
- Short to power supply in cooling fan relay No. 2 control circuit
- Open circuit in cooling fan relay No. 2 control circuit
- PCM malfunction
