DTC P0443-00: Purge Solenoid Valve Circuit Problem: Outline

DTC P0443:00 (PCM, SKYACTIV-G) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

System malfunction location	Purge solenoid valve circuit problem
Detection condition	The purge control voltage at the PCM terminal 1AW exceeds the specification or the purge control voltage is less than the specification relative to the PCM control condition.
Fail-safe	Not applicable
Possible cause	Purge solenoid valve connector or terminals malfunction F12 15 A fuse malfunction Short to ground in purge solenoid valve power supply circuit Open circuit in purge solenoid valve power supply circuit PCM connector or terminals malfunction Short to ground in purge solenoid valve control circuit Short to power supply in purge solenoid valve control circuit Open circuit in purge solenoid valve control circuit Purge solenoid valve malfunction PCM malfunction
