Passenger Compartment Temperature Sensor Inspection (Auto A/C): Motor

  1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION (US) .)
  2. Remove the passenger compartment temperature sensor. (See PASSENGER COMPARTMENT TEMPERATURE SENSOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION (AUTO A/C) (US) .)
  3. Connect battery positive voltage to passenger compartment temperature sensor terminal A, connect terminal C to ground, and then verify its operation.
