- Liftgate does not open even if liftgate opener switch is pressed

| Possible cause |
- Connector or terminal malfunction of the following parts:
- Liftgate opener switch
- Liftgate latch and lock actuator
- BCM
- Open circuit in liftgate opener switch signal circuit
- Open circuit in liftgate opener switch ground circuit
- Short to ground or open circuit in liftgate latch and lock actuator signal circuit
- Open circuit in liftgate latch and lock actuator ground circuit
- Liftgate opener switch malfunction
- Liftgate latch and lock actuator malfunction
- Electrical supply unit malfunction
- BCM malfunction
