DTC B1305-13: Hood Latch Switch Circuit Malfunction (BCM): Outline

DTC B1305:13 (BCM) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

System malfunction location	Hood latch switch circuit malfunction
Detection condition	The body control module (BCM) detects an open circuit in the hood latch switch circuit for a continuous 2 times. Preconditions The hood closed.
Fail-safe	Not applicable
Possible cause	Hood latch switch connector or terminal malfunction Open circuit in hood latch switch ground circuit Hood latch switch malfunction Body control module (BCM) connector or terminal malfunction Open circuit in hood latch switch signal circuit Body control module (BCM) malfunction
