DTC B113E-11: Liftgate Opener Switch Circuit Malfunction (BCM): Outline

DTC B113E:11 (BCM) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

System malfunction location	Liftgate opener switch circuit malfunction
Detection condition	The body control module (BCM) detects a short to ground in the liftgate opener switch circuit for a continuous 2 times or for 2 min. Preconditions The liftgate opener switch is off.
Fail-safe	Not applicable
Possible cause	Liftgate opener switch connector or terminal malfunction Liftgate opener switch malfunction Body control module (BCM) connector or terminal malfunction Short to ground in liftgate opener switch signal circuit Body control module (BCM) malfunction
