DUAL A/C CONTROL DOES NOT OPERATE (AUTO A/C) DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE

| 2 | INSPECT AIR MIX LINK PART
|
Yes | Go to the next step. |
| No | Apply grease or securely install to the correct positions. If there is a malfunction in the air mix link, replace the air mix link. (See A/C UNIT DISASSEMBLY/ASSEMBLY [(US)] .) Then perform the repair completion verification. |

| 3 | INSPECT AIR MIX ACTUATOR

Yes | Go to the next step. |

| 4 | INSPECT AIR MIX DOOR

| No | Remove the obstruction or replace A/C unit case on the suspected side, then perform the repair completion verification. (See A/C UNIT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [(US)] .) |

| No | Refer to the controller area network (CAN) malfunction diagnosis flow to inspect for a CAN communication error. (See CONTROLLER AREA NETWORK (CAN) MALFUNCTION DIAGNOSIS FLOW [(US)] .) If the CAN communication is normal, perform the diagnosis from Step 1. |
