Air intake mode does not change

Description

Air intake mode does not change when switching REC/FRESH mode
No change in wind noise when airflow volume is set to 3 or more even if REC/FRESH switch is operated

Possible cause

Dash-electrical supply unit detects DTC
- Detects DTC and activates fail-safe
Air intake link malfunction
- Lack of grease
- Bad installation
Air intake actuator malfunction
Air intake door malfunction

Damage

When performing an asterisked (*) troubleshooting inspection, shake the wiring harness and connectors while performing the inspection to discover whether poor contact points are the cause of any intermittent malfunctions. If there is a problem, inspect to make sure connectors, terminals and wiring harnesses are connected correctly and undamaged.
