U.S.A. and CANADA

  1. Remove the pressure control valve. (See PRESSURE CONTROL VALVE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    CAUTION:
    • Do not apply a pressure 0.3 kPa {0.003 kgf/cm2 , 0.04 psi} or more. Doing so will damage the pressure control valve and evaporative hose.
  2. Apply a pressure of 0.3 kPa {0.003 kgf/cm2 , 0.04 psi} to port A.

  3. Verify that there is airflow from port B.
    • If there is no airflow, replace the pressure control valve.
