DTC U0401:00 [DASH-ELECTRICAL SUPPLY UNIT] DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

System malfunction location	Error signal received from PCM
Detection condition	The dash-electrical supply unit detects any of the following conditions. The dash-electrical supply unit receives the error signal from the PCM. The climate control unit receives the error signal from the PCM.
Fail-safe	The value of the error signal is fixed at the specified value.
Possible cause	DTCs are stored in the PCM. PCM malfunction Climate control unit malfunction Dash-electrical supply unit malfunction
