DTC B11BA:2B (CONNECTIVITY MASTER UNIT) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

Steering switch is stuck on |
| Detection condition |
- The connectivity master unit (CMU) detects that any one of the steering switches is on for a continuous 3 min or more.

| Fail-safe |
- Disables the operation using the button which detected the stuck on condition.

| Possible cause |
- Intentionally pressing and holding steering switch
- Clock spring connector or terminal malfunction
- Malfunction in connectivity master unit (CMU) connector or terminal
- Short to power supply, short to ground in steering switch signal circuit (audio)
- Short to power supply, short to ground in steering switch signal circuit (hands-free)
- Short to power supply, short to ground in steering switch ground circuit
- Short circuit between steering switch signal circuits (audio), signal circuits (hands-free), ground circuits
- Steering switch malfunction
- Clock spring malfunction
- Connectivity master unit (CMU) malfunction
