| 2 | VISUALLY INSPECT SD CARD

| No | System is normal. (explain to the customer that there is a malfunction in SD card.) | ||
| 3 | VERIFY IF SD CARD IS VALID

Yes | Go to the next step. |
| No | Explain to the customer that the SD card is not valid. | ||
| 4 | INSPECT USB PORT/SD CARD SLOT HUB FOR MALFUNCTION

Yes | Go to the next step. |
| No | Repair or replace the malfunctioning location and perform the repair completion verification. (Refer to the [USB PORT INSPECTION ] in the workshop service information) |

| Repair completion verification | VERIFY THAT VEHICLE IS REPAIRED

Yes | Complete the symptom troubleshooting. (Explain contents of repair to customer) |
| No | Refer to the controller area network (CAN) malfunction diagnosis flow to inspect for a CAN communication error. (Refer to the [CONTROLLER AREA NETWORK (CAN) MALFUNCTION DIAGNOSIS FLOW (US) ] in the workshop service information) If the CAN communication is normal, perform the diagnosis from Step 1.
