Side Step Molding Removal

  1. Remove the rear deflector. (See DEFLECTOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  2. Remove the front over fender. (See FRONT OVER FENDER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  3. Insert a remover tool and fastener remover shown in the illustration, and detach the clip from the body.

  4. Remove the side step molding in the direction of arrow (2) shown in the illustration while pulling it in the direction of arrow (1).

  5. After removing the side step molding, remove the clips from the body using a fastener remover.
