Front Side Garnish

Affix protective tape to the position shown in the illustration.

Open the front door.
Insert a tape-wrapped flathead screwdriver into the position shown in the illustration.

Move the flathead screwdriver in the direction of the arrow shown in the illustration and detach the clips starting from the vehicle rear.
Remove the front side garnish.
Remove the clips remaining on the front door and install them to the front side garnish.
Install in the reverse order of removal. (See SIDE GARNISH INSTALLATION NOTE .)
