Front BELTLINE Molding Removal/Installation

Location of use: Front door

CAUTION:

Before servicing, affix protective tape on the front door outer panel when detaching the front beltline molding clips from the front door outer panel. Otherwise, the front door outer panel could interfere with a remover tool and be damaged.

Fully open the front door glass.
Insert remover tools into the position shown in the illustration, move them in the direction of arrows (1), and detach the clip from the door panel.

Pull the front beltline molding up in the direction of arrow (2).
Insert remover tools into the position shown in the illustration, move them in the direction of arrows (1), and detach the clip from the door panel.

Pull the front beltline molding up in the direction of arrow (2).
Rotate the front beltline molding in the direction of the arrow shown in the illustration and remove it while detaching the tabs from the door panel.

Install in the reverse order of removal.
