Headliner Preparation

Remove the rear seat cushion. (See REAR SEAT CUSHION REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
To prevent scratches or damage, insert a cloth between the floor panel and the rear seat back, and fold the rear seat back.

Position the front seat back to the fully reclined position and slide the front seat to its furthest rearward position.
Affix protective tape to the position shown in the illustration.
