Transfer Oil Seal (RH) No. 1: Installation

  1. Apply transfer oil to the lip of the new transfer oil seal (RH) No. 1.
  2. Install the new transfer oil seal (RH) No. 1 projection to within the range shown in the illustration.

  3. Install a new transfer oil seal (RH) No. 1 using the SST and a hammer.

  4. Install the front drive shaft (RH). (See FRONT DRIVE SHAFT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION (US) .)
