Front Drive Shaft (LH) Removal Note

CAUTION:
  • The oil seal could be damaged at the end area of the front drive shaft. When removing the front drive shaft to the transaxle, be careful not to damage the oil seals. If the oil seal is damaged, replace it with a new one.
  1. Perform the following procedures to separate the front drive shaft (LH) from the transaxle.

    1. Install the SST (49 B025 017) to the SST (49 B025 010).
    2. Separate the front drive shaft (LH) from the transaxle using the SST.
  2. Remove the front drive shaft (LH).
