WINDSHIELD FOGGED (MANUAL A/C) DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE

| 2 | PERFORM DASH-ELECTRICAL SUPPLY UNIT DTC INSPECTION

Yes | Go to the applicable DTC inspection. (See DTC TABLE [DASH-ELECTRICAL SUPPLY UNIT (US)] .) |

| 3 | INSPECT AIR INTAKE LINK PART
|
Yes | Inspect the air intake door for the following items.
If there is foreign matter, remove it or securely install the air intake door to the correct position. If the air intake door is cracked or damaged, replace the air intake door. (See BLOWER UNIT DISASSEMBLY/ASSEMBLY (US) .) Then perform the repair completion verification. |
| No | Apply grease or securely install to the correct positions. If there is a malfunction in the air intake link, replace the air intake link. (See BLOWER UNIT DISASSEMBLY/ASSEMBLY (US) .) Then perform the repair completion verification. |

| 4 | INSPECT AIR INTAKE ACTUATOR

Yes | Inspect the air intake door for the following items.
If there is foreign matter, remove it or securely install the air intake door to the correct position. If the air intake door is cracked or damaged, replace the air intake door. (See BLOWER UNIT DISASSEMBLY/ASSEMBLY (US) .) Then perform the repair completion verification. |

Yes | Refer to the controller area network (CAN) malfunction diagnosis flow to inspect for a CAN communication error. (See CONTROLLER AREA NETWORK (CAN) MALFUNCTION DIAGNOSIS FLOW (US) .) If the CAN communication is normal, perform the diagnosis from Step 1. |
