DTC P2090:00 (PCM, SKYACTIV-G, WITH CYLINDER DEACTIVATION) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

OCV for hydraulic variable valve timing system circuit low input |
| Detection condition |
- The OCV for hydraulic variable valve timing system control voltage relative to the PCM control is too low.

| Fail-safe |
- Set the exhaust variable valve timing control to the maximum advanced position.
|
| Possible cause |
- OCV for hydraulic variable valve timing system connector or terminals malfunction
- F12 15 A fuse malfunction
- Short to ground in OCV for hydraulic variable valve timing system power supply circuit
- Open circuit in OCV for hydraulic variable valve timing system power supply circuit
- Short to ground in OCV for hydraulic variable valve timing system control circuit
- PCM connector or terminals malfunction
- Open circuit in OCV for hydraulic variable valve timing system control circuit
- OCV for hydraulic variable valve timing system malfunction
- PCM malfunction
