DTC P117A-00: Engine Oil Temperature Is High (Us): Outline

DTC P117A:00 (PCM, SKYACTIV-G, US) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

System malfunction location	Engine oil temperature is high
Detection condition	Any one of the following conditions is met: With an engine coolant temperature of 88.5°C {191°F} or more while in 5th gear or lower, an engine speed of 6, 100 rpm (SKYACTIV-G 2.0) a/5, 800 rpm (SKYACTIV-G 2.5) or more continues for 6 min. The estimated engine oil temperature exceeds 140°C {284°F} continues for 6 min. (With active air shutter)
