DTC P111A:00 (PCM, SKYACTIV-G) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

System malfunction location	Engine coolant temperature is high
Detection condition	The engine coolant temperature is 122°C {252°F} or more.
Fail-safe	Limits intake air amount
Possible cause	High engine speed condition continues Cooling system malfunction ECT sensor No. 1 malfunction PCM malfunction
