Theft-Deterrent Horn Inspection

- Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION (US) .)
- Remove the Theft-deterrent horn. (See THEFT-DETERRENT HORN REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Apply battery positive voltage to horn terminal A, and connect the horn retaining bolt to ground as shown in the illustration, and then verify that the horn sounds.
- If the horn does not sound, replace the horn. (See THEFT-DETERRENT HORN REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
