DTC B152B:02 (BCM) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

Half latch switch circuit malfunction |
| Detection condition |
- The power liftgate (PLG) control module detects that the half latch switch is in the off condition and does not change even though the power liftgate (PLG) drive unit motor rotation speed exceeds 10 times.
Preconditions
- The power liftgate (PLG) system is operating.

- Stops the power liftgate (PLG) system operation.

| Possible cause |
- Liftgate latch and lock actuator connector or terminal malfunction
- Open circuit in liftgate latch and lock actuator ground circuit
- Power liftgate (PLG) control module connector or terminal malfunction
- Short to ground in half latch switch signal circuit
- Short to power supply in half latch switch signal circuit
- Open circuit in half latch switch signal circuit
- Half latch switch malfunction
- Power liftgate (PLG) control module malfunction
- Body control module (BCM) malfunction
