DTC B14B2-14: Parking Light (LH) Circuit Malfunction (BCM): Outline

DTC B14B2:14 (BCM) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

System malfunction location Parking light (LH) circuit malfunction
Detection condition
  • The body control module (BCM) detects a short to ground or an open circuit in the parking light (LH) circuit.

Preconditions:
  • The parking light is illuminated.
Fail-safe Not applicable
Possible cause
  • Front turn light/parking light (LH) connector or terminal malfunction
  • Short to ground or open circuit in parking light (LH) power supply circuit
  • Parking light (LH) malfunction
  • Front combination light (LH) connector or terminal malfunction
  • Short to ground in parking light (LH) signal circuit
  • Open circuit in parking light (LH) signal circuit
  • Front combination light (LH) malfunction
  • Body control module (BCM) malfunction
