Upper Panel Removal/Installation
- Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION (US)

- Open the console lid.
- Move the upper panel component in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure and detach the clips, hooks, and guides.
- Insert a hand at the back of the upper panel and detach the clip at the position shown in the figure, and remove the upper panel from the console-up.
- When removing the console-up, perform the following procedure:
- Disconnect the connector.
- Remove the console-up.
- Install in the reverse order of removal.
