Intake Manifold Component Installation Note

  1. Install the intake manifold component.
  2. Connect the wiring harness clip shown in the figure.

  3. Install the following parts. (See ELECTRIC WATER PUMP REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    • Electric water pump bracket
    • Electric water pump
  4. Install the EGR pipe No. 1 and EGR pipe No. 2. (See EGR PIPE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  5. Install the EGR valve. (See EGR VALVE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  6. Install the EGR cooler. (See EGR COOLER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
