| 2 | INSPECT ABS WHEEL-SPEED SENSOR (RR) CONNECTOR FOR MALFUNCTION

Yes | Go to the next step. |
| No | Repair or replace the malfunctioning location and perform the repair completion verification. | ||
| 3 | INSPECT DSC HU/CM CONNECTOR FOR MALFUNCTION

Yes | Go to the next step. |
| No | Repair or replace the malfunctioning location and perform the repair completion verification. | ||
| 4 | INSPECT IF MALFUNCTION OCCURRED DUE TO IMPROPER SENSOR CLEARANCE

Yes | Go to the next step. |
| No | Replace the ABS wheel-speed sensor (RR) and perform the repair completion verification. (See REAR ABS WHEEL-SPEED SENSOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .) |

| 5 | VISUALLY INSPECT ABS SENSOR ROTOR FOR FOREIGN MATERIAL ADHERING OR IMPROPER INSTALLATION

| Repair completion verification 1 | VERIFY THAT VEHICLE IS REPAIRED

Yes | Refer to the controller area network (CAN) malfunction diagnosis flow to inspect for a CAN communication error. (See CONTROLLER AREA NETWORK (CAN) MALFUNCTION DIAGNOSIS FLOW (US) .) If the CAN communication is normal, perform the diagnosis from Step 1.
