Continuity Inspection
- Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
- Remove the three way solenoid valve. (See Three Way Solenoid Valve Removal/Installation .)
- Inspect airflow between the ports under the following conditions.
Measured Condition Continuity Between Nipples A-B Continuity Between Nipples B-C Continuity Between Nipples A-C When voltage is not applied No airflow Airflow detected No airflow When voltage is applied Airflow detected No airflow No airflow - If not as specified, replace the three way solenoid valve. (See Three Way Solenoid Valve Removal/Installation .)
