Tire Pressure Monitoring System Set Switch Inspection (Indirect Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) (With TPMS Set Switch))

Remove the TPMS set switch. (See TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING SYSTEM SET SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION (INDIRECT TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING SYSTEM (TPMS) (WITH TPMS SET SWITCH)) .)

Verify that the resistance between the TPMS set switch terminals D and E is as indicated in the table.

Apply battery voltage to TPMS set switch terminal L, and connect terminal K to ground.
Verify that the LED illuminates.
- If there is any malfunction, replace the TPMS set switch.
