AWD Solenoid Inspection

1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
2. Disconnect the AWD solenoid connector. (See COUPLING COMPONENT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
3. Measure resistance between AWD solenoid connector terminals A and B.

• If the resistance is not within the specification, replace the coupling component. (See COUPLING COMPONENT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
