Heater Hose Removal/Installation

Location of use: Heater hose

1. Remove the battery. (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
2. Drain the engine coolant. (See ENGINE COOLANT REPLACEMENT .)
3. Remove the plug hole plate. (See PLUG HOLE PLATE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
4. Remove the nuts.

5. Remove the insulator.
6. Remove the breather hose clip. (ATX)

7. Remove the heater hose.
8. Install in the reverse order of the removal.
9. Inspect for engine coolant leakage. (See ENGINE COOLANT LEAKAGE INSPECTION .)
