Rivet Removal Note

CAUTION:

Use the following drill diameter. If an inappropriate drill diameter is used, the front bumper upper face and the radiator grille reinforcement may be damaged.
- Drill diameter: 4.1 mm {0.161 in} or less

Secure the rivet pin from the radiator grille reinforcement side using needle-nose pliers.

Remove the rivet flange using a drill and remove the rivet.

Remove any rivet shavings from the front bumper upper face and the radiator grille reinforcement.
