Ornament Installation

CAUTION:
  • If the installation work for the ornament is performed without cleaning and degreasing the ornament installation surface, the ornament could fall off after installation. Before installing the ornament, clean and degrease the ornament and the ornament installation area.
  1. Degrease the adhesion area of the ornament.
  2. Warm the ornament installation area to between 15 °C {59 °F} and 40 °C {104 °F} using a hot air drier.

  3. Install the ornament to the position shown in the figure.

    Sedan (4SD)

    Hatchback (5HB)

  4. Press the ornament to adhere the double-sided adhesive tape to the ornament installation area.
