Diagnostic Procedure

Step Inspection Action
1 VERIFY VEHICLE COLLISION 
  • Explain to the customer that the vehicle was hit.
  • Has the vehicle been hit?
Yes Explain to the customer that the door unlocked due to a vehicle collision and this DTC has been detected.
No Go to the next step.
2 VERIFY THAT REPAIRS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED 
Yes Repeat the inspection from Step 1.
No Go to the next step.
3 VERIFY IF OTHER DTCs DISPLAYED 
  • Are any other DTCs displayed?
Yes Repair the malfunctioning part according to the applicable DTC troubleshooting.

No DTC troubleshooting completed.
