| Detection condition |
- With the ignition switched ON (engine off or on), the connectivity master unit (CMU) detects a voltage value for the auxiliary jack/USB port/SD card slot hub circuit of within 4.8 V or exceeding 5.2 V

| Possible cause |
- Auxiliary jack/USB port/SD card slot hub connector or terminal malfunction
- Connectivity master unit (CMU) connector or terminal malfunction
- Short to ground in wiring harness between connectivity master unit (CMU) terminal 4C and auxiliary jack/USB port/SD card slot hub terminal 2C
- Short to power supply in wiring harness between connectivity master unit (CMU) terminal 4C and auxiliary jack/USB port/SD card slot hub terminal 2C
- Open circuit in wiring harness between connectivity master unit (CMU) terminal 4C and auxiliary jack/USB port/SD card slot hub terminal 2C
- Auxiliary jack/USB port/SD card slot hub malfunction
- Connectivity master unit (CMU) malfunction
