- U3003:16: Radar unit power supply voltage decreases
- U3003:17: Radar unit power supply voltage increases

| Detection condition |
- U3003:16: radar unit power supply voltage is 9 V or less
during engine start.
- U3003:17: radar unit power supply voltage is 16.3 V or more

| Fail-safe |
- Inhibits the Mazda radar cruise control (MRCC) system control
- Inhibits the smart brake support (SBS) system control
|
| Possible cause |
- Generator system malfunction
- C/U IG1 15 A fuse malfunction
- Battery malfunction
- Radar unit connector malfunction
- Open circuit or short to ground in wiring harness between battery positive terminal and radar unit
- Radar unit malfunction
