Bound stopper component and mounting rubber assembly note

Apply rubber grease to the inside of the bound stopper component.

Grease application amount

0.2-0.5 g {0.008-0.017 oz}
Assemble the bound stopper component and the mounting rubber using the SSTs and a press.

Verify that the assembly position of the bound stopper component and the mounting rubber is within the standard.

8.0 mm {0.31 in} or less
