- The smart brake support (SBS) brake is operated excessively

| Fail-safe |
- Inhibits the mazda radar cruise control (MRCC) system control
- Inhibits the smart brake support (SBS) system control
- Inhibits the distance recognition support system (DRSS) control

| Possible cause |
- Dirt on radiator grille ornament, modifications, application of stickers (including transparent types), scratches, or damage
- Dirt on radar unit, scratches, or damage
- Impact is transmitted to area around radar unit
- Incorrect installation of radar unit
- Radar unit aiming adjustment error
- DSC HU/CM malfunction
- SAS control module malfunction
- Radar unit malfunction
