DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE

1	VERIFY SAS CONTROL MODULE DTCs Retrieve the SAS control module DTCs using the M-MDS. (See DTC INSPECTION [SAS CONTROL MODULE (STANDARD DEPLOYMENT CONTROL SYSTEM)] .) (See DTC INSPECTION [SAS CONTROL MODULE (TWO-STEP DEPLOYMENT CONTROL SYSTEM)] .) Are any DTCs displayed?	Yes	Repair or replace the malfunctioning part according to the applicable DTC troubleshooting. (See DTC TABLE [SAS CONTROL MODULE (STANDARD DEPLOYMENT CONTROL SYSTEM)] .) (See DTC TABLE [SAS CONTROL MODULE (TWO-STEP DEPLOYMENT CONTROL SYSTEM)] .)
1		No	Go to the next step.
2	VERIFY DSC HU/CM DTCs Retrieve the DSC HU/CM DTCs using the M-MDS. (See ON-BOARD DIAGNOSIS [DYNAMIC STABILITY CONTROL (DSC)] .) Are any DTCs displayed?	Yes	Repair or replace the malfunctioning part according to the applicable DTC troubleshooting. (See ON-BOARD DIAGNOSIS [DYNAMIC STABILITY CONTROL (DSC)] .)
2		No	Go to the next step.
3	VERIFY REAR BODY CONTROL MODULE (RBCM) DTCs Retrieve the rear body control module (RBCM) DTCs using the M-MDS. (See DTC INSPECTION [REAR BODY CONTROL MODULE (RBCM)] .) Are any DTCs displayed?	Yes	Repair or replace the malfunctioning part according to the applicable DTC troubleshooting. (See DTC TABLE [REAR BODY CONTROL MODULE (RBCM)] .)
3		No	Go to the next step.
4	VERIFY IF MALFUNCTIONING LOCATION IS DSC HU/CM DEPENDING ON REPEATABILITY Clear the DTC for the radar unit using the M-MDS. (See CLEARING DTC [RADAR UNIT] .) Drive the vehicle at 40 km/h (25 mph) or more for 3 min or more. Retrieve the radar unit DTCs using the M-MDS. (See DTC INSPECTION [RADAR UNIT] .) Is the same DTC displayed?	Yes	Replace the DSC HU/CM, then go to the next step. (See DSC HU/CM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
4		No	Go to the next step.
5	VERIFY THAT REPAIRS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED Clear the DTC for the radar unit using the M-MDS. (See CLEARING DTC [RADAR UNIT] .) Drive the vehicle at 40 km/h (25 mph) or more for 3 min or more. Retrieve the radar unit DTCs using the M-MDS. (See DTC INSPECTION [RADAR UNIT] .) Is the same DTC displayed?	Yes	Replace the radar unit, then go to the next step. (See RADAR UNIT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
5		No	Go to the next step.
6	VERIFY IF OTHER DTCs DISPLAYED Are any other DTCs displayed?	Yes	Repair or replace the malfunctioning part according to the applicable DTC troubleshooting. (See DTC TABLE [RADAR UNIT] .)
6		No	DTC troubleshooting completed.
