- The connectivity master unit detects a voltage value for the rear mount camera circuit of within 5.8 V or exceeding 6.2 V with the ignition switched ON (engine off or on).

- Rear mount camera connector or terminal malfunction
- Connectivity master unit connector or terminal malfunction
- Short to ground in wiring harness between connectivity master unit terminal 1C and rear mount camera terminal A
