DETECTION CONDITION & POSSIBLE CAUSE

DTC	U0001:88, U0100:00, U0101:00, U0131:00, U0151:00, U0155:00, U023A:00	CAN line
DETECTION CONDITION		U0001:88 Open or short circuit in CAN system wiring harness is detected. U0100:00 Communication error with PCM is detected in CAN communication. U0101:00 Communication error with TCM is detected in CAN communication. U0131:00 Communication error wi th EPS CM is detected in CAN communication. U0151:00 Communication error with SAS control module is detected in CAN communication. U0155:00 Communication error with instrument cluster is detected in CAN communication. U023A:00 Communication error with forward sensing camera (FSC) is detected in CAN communication.
FAIL-SAFE FUNCTION		U0001:88 Illuminates the ABS warning light, TCS/DSC indicator light, and smart city brake support (SCBS) indicator light (amber) ^1 . Tire pressure monitoring system warning light n illuminates after flashes. Inhibits the ABS, TCS, DSC, brake assist control, hill launch assist (HLA), TPMS ^1 , and smart city brake support (SCBS) n controls. U0100:00 Illuminates the ABS warning light ^2 , TCS/DSC indicator light ^2 , and smart city brake support (SCBS) indicator light (amber) n^2 . Tire pressure monitoring system warning light n illuminates after flashes. (Not illuminated/flashed depending on malfunction content.) Inhibits the ABS ^3 , TCS ^3 , DSC ^3 , brake assist control ^3 , hill launch assist (HLA) ^3 , TPMS n^3 , and smart city brake support (SCBS) n^3 controls. U0101:00 Illuminates the TCS/DSC indicator light and smart city brake support (SCBS) indicator light (amber) ^1 . Tire pressure monitoring system warning light n illuminates after flashes. Inhibits the TCS, DSC, hill launch assist (HLA) ^3 , TPMS n, and smart city brake support (SCBS) n controls. U0131:00 Illuminates the TCS/DSC indicator light and smart city brake support (SCBS) indicator light (amber) ^1 . Tire pressure monitoring system warning light n illuminates after flashes. Inhibits the TCS, DSC, TPMS ^1 , and smart city brake support (SCBS) n controls. U0151:00 Illuminates the TCS/DSC indicator light and smart city brake support (SCBS) indicator light (amber) ^1 . Tire pressure monitoring system warning light n illuminates after flashes. (Not illuminated/flashed depending on malfunction content.) Inhibits the TCS ^3 , DSC ^3 , brake assist control ^3 , hill launch assist (HLA) ^3 , TPMS n^3 , and smart city brake support (SCBS) n^3 controls. U0155:00 Illuminates the ABS warning light ^2 , TCS/DSC indicator light ^2 , and smart city brake support (SCBS) indicator light (amber) n^2 . Tire pressure monitoring system warning light n illuminates after flashes. (Not illuminated/flashed depending on malfunction content.) Inhibits the ABS ^3 , TCS ^3 , DSC ^3 , brake assist control ^3 , hill launch assist (HLA) ^3 , TPMS ^1^3 , and smart city brake support (SCBS) ^1^3 controls. U023A:00 Illuminates the smart city brake support (SCBS) indicator light (amber). Inhibits the smart city brake support (SCBS) control. ^1 : If equipped.^2 : Not illuminated depending on malfunction content.3: Control enabled depending on malfunction content.
