NOTE:

When removing the top tether anchor from the vehicle or putting it back in, it can be performed easier by removing the head restraint

Open the cover.

Remove the bolts.

Remove the top tether anchors while pulling the top tether anchor hooks out of the body panel.

Install in the reverse order of removal.
