Global Positioning System (GPS) Antenna Removal/Installation

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
  2. Remove the following parts:
    1. Center speaker grille (See SPEAKER GRILLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    2. Glove compartment (See GLOVE COMPARTMENT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    3. Decoration panel (See DECORATION PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    4. Center display (See CENTER DISPLAY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  3. While pressing the clip tabs in the direction of the arrows (1) shown in the figure, press the wiring harness in the direction of the arrow (2) to detach the clip tabs from the dashboard.

  4. Remove the screw.

  5. Remove the GPS antenna.
  6. Install in the reverse order of removal.
