Auxiliary Jack/USB Port/SD Card Slot Hub Removal/Installation: Front

- Set the wheel blocks for both the front and rear wheels. (without electric parking brake)
- Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
- Shift the selector lever from the P position to the D position. (ATX)
- Remove the following parts:
- Upper panel (See UPPER PANEL REMOVAL .) (See UPPER PANEL INSTALLATION .)
- Rear console (See REAR CONSOLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Shift lever knob (MTX) (See MANUAL TRANSAXLE SHIFT MECHANISM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [C66M-R] .)
- Selector lever knob (ATX) (See AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE SHIFT MECHANISM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Shift panel (See SHIFT PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Front console box (without electric parking brake) (See FRONT CONSOLE BOX REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Side wall (See SIDE WALL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Glove compartment (See GLOVE COMPARTMENT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Decoration panel (See DECORATION PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Front console (See FRONT CONSOLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- While pressing the auxiliary jack/USB port/SD card slot hub tabs in the direction of the arrows (1) shown in the figure, press the auxiliary jack/USB port/SD card slot hub in the direction of the arrow (2) to detach the auxiliary jack/USB port/SD card slot hub tabs from the front console.
- Remove the auxiliary jack/USB port/SD card slot hub.
- Install in the reverse order of removal.
