With Electric Parking Brake

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
  2. Open the console lid.
  3. Open the shutter and remove the cushion sheet.

  4. Remove the screw.

  5. Pull the upper panel in the order of the arrows (1), (2), and (3) as shown in the figure and remove it while detaching the clips A, hooks, and clips B.

  6. Disconnect the electric parking brake switch connector.
  7. Disconnect the commander switch connector.
