LED Illumination Inspection

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
  2. Remove the door lock switch. (See POWER WINDOW MAIN SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  3. Apply battery voltage to door lock switch terminal 1K, and connect terminal 2A to ground.

  4. Verify that the LED turns on.
    • If the LED does not turn on, replace the door lock switch.
