Possible Cause

- Back-up light switch connector or terminal malfunction

- Open circuit in wiring harness between back-up light switch terminal D and body ground
- PCM connector or terminal malfunction
- Short to ground in wiring harness between back-up light switch terminal A and PCM terminal 1L
- Short to power supply in wiring harness between back-up light switch terminal A and PCM terminal 1L
- PCM malfunction
- Open circuit in wiring harness between back-up light switch terminal A and PCM terminal 1L
